Anuradha has more than 13 years of experience, working with diverse companies in the IT space. She has worked with a startup company, mid-sized company, a multi-national consumer products company, an Indian MNC and a multitude of clients thereof. She has played various roles in various capacities during these years. Her work experience across industries and across domains gives her a 360-degree view and perspective of the situation at hand. This specially comes handy when one is trying to do things first time in the organization. Last 4 years she has been focusing on managing the growth path and changing the DNA of an IT organization which involved change management, creation of a creative culture and bringing in a mindset of innovation. This involved working with experts in the field of behavioral science and working with people who are more technologically inclined and bridging this gap as a mediator.
She has successfully set up an Innovation management process,
which she conceived and has run successfully for over 4 years. She
has been able to set up a process that provides a platform to a
large team spread across the globe to be able to participate and
contribute their ideas in defining the next growth engines of the
organization. It also enabled people to create and monetize
intellectual property and eventually helping them evolve as thought
leaders. The program itself used its learning from each cycle and
improvises itself for the next cycle, and at times goes on a
complete makeover to keep the format fresh and relevant. She has
published articles and papers on her work in leading industry
journals.
She is currently an independent Innovation consultant and can
help organizations incubate new groups, setup innovation platforms,
define innovation strategies and roadmap.
